The Rochester Telemessaging Center is one of only two companies nationwide to receive the prestigious Award of Excellence fourteen years in a row from the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI).
The ATSI Award of Excellence program provides a quality assessment for telemessaging call centers and measures more than 400 data points. When companies earn recognition for multiple years, it is a verification of their ongoing attention to providing consistently high quality services.
Rochester Telemessaging Center has achieved the award every year since its inception.
In addition, the Rochester Telemessaging Center is the only company certified by ATSI in the state of Michigan. This certification process is an industry peer-to-peer review program of best practices and policies to ensure a certified site’s ability to achieve a 99.99% annual run time. This rigorous program sets more than 60 criteria that must be met or exceeded to qualify. Overall, the adopted requirements represent a collection of best practices and guidelines to which sites must adhere.
